Feedback and Complaints
TIACS welcomes and values your feedback. We take all compliments, complaints and general feedback about our service and employees seriously. We respect your views and opinion about our work and encourage you to share your feedback so we can continue to learn, grow and deliver the best mental health support service in Australia.
We are committed to managing people’s expectations of our service and will inform you as soon as possible, of the following:
- the complaints process
- the expected time frames for our actions
- the progress of the complaint and reasons for any delay
- the possible or likely outcome of your complaint.
Once we’ve completed an internal review we will respond to you in writing, detailing the steps of the review process and the outcome. Accepting and responding to complaints in a timely, objective and fair manner is central to our focus.
