MOVEMENT CLUB
What is the Movement Club?
The TIACS Movement Club is a community that brings people together through movement while supporting free mental health counselling for Australia’s blue-collar community. Every membership helps fund TIACS, and every activity you log gives you the chance to win monthly prizes.
Why are we doing this?
TIACS exists to reach blue-collar workers before they reach crisis point – and doing that requires sustained presence in the places where those workers already are, long before they’re ready to make a call. The Movement Club is one of the ways we create that presence: a community of people who believe in blue-collar wellbeing and want to do something about it, coming together through movement, finding connection in the process, and directly funding the counselling capacity that makes free support possible for those who need it most.
Membership is open to everyone. Blue-collar workers, their families, the communities built around trades and services, and anyone who has ever relied on the people who build, grow, drive and fix the things that keep Australia running. The cause is specific. The invitation is not. Movement is the entry point, any activity, any pace, any place because what unites members is not what they do for work, but what they believe in.
Looking after your body and looking after your mind are part of the same whole. The Movement Club creates a space where both happen naturally, and where social connection. A genuine contributor to wellbeing is built into the experience.
