Born and raised in Sydney and now living in Queensland, Ben didn’t start his career as a sportscaster until later in his career. He began as a jackaroo at Brunette Downs and later became a warehouse and station agent. He was in the Stocks business as a Stock and Station Agent for 15 years. Similarly, he also had a successful meat wholesale business he started in 2010. He came into journalism when he was interviewed by his childhood friend, Ben Fordham for The Today Show in 2011. He became the charm of the show and, viewers wanted to see more of him on the screen.
Ben is married with three children and recently announced that he and his beautiful wife are expecting twins. Ben likes to enjoy his free time by playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
